Summer Reminders: Some helpful hints for the summer.
Remodeling Regulations: There are new Remodeling Regulations that have been approved by the board of directors. Everyone should review this document before starting any interior work.
The Board of Directors meet quarterly. As dates become known, they will be posted below. Owners are always welcome to attend. Minutes from the previous meeting are finalized at the next regularly scheduled meeting and posted shortly thereafter.
May 13 @2:30 at the Basic Property Management Office. Zoom is available for those who want to attend virtually. Kerry will send out the link in advance.
June 11th: Clean-up day. Come help us to stripe the parking lots, paint and stain railings, do weeding and other chores to clean up the property while enjoying the warm sunny weather. Coffee, juice and donuts will be served at 8:00 AM at the picnic area between buildings B and C. Work is usually completed by around 1:00 PM and will be followed by a BBQ.
